  • If you want to play tourist in San Francisco and you have kids, sign up for Pier 39’s Local Advantage Kids Eat & Play Free program! You get coupons and deals plus validated parking in the PIER 39 Parking Garage! There are coupons for items not involving kids as well. And on Saturday, April 26th, Pier 30 is hosting a Coast Guard Appreciation Day filled with events from 12 noon to 4 PM.

    • Your Bank of America or Merrill Lynch card entitles you to free entry to many museums the first weekend of every month through the Museums on Us program. Each cardholder gets one free general admission to 150 museums nationwide. Check out the list of museums near you.

    • The Wells Fargo Museums are free to visit. There are museums located in San Francisco, Portland, Sacramento and many more cities in the U.S.
    • Admission to the San Francisco Randall Museum is always free! This is a small, educational museum for kids to learn with hands-on activities.
    • Shop at 4:30pm on Wednesdays at the Farmer’s Market at the San Francisco Civic Center. The prices drop significantly. $1 for green veggies and $1 for two bunches of herbs!
